What you type into the site's forms yourself: your name, mobile number, email, business name and message, and on the careers form a link to your work.
General usage data through measurement tools: the pages you visited, device and browser type, approximate country, and how you reached us (such as an ad or a search).
Why we use it
To reply to you and follow up on your request, and to understand which of our pages and ads are useful so we can improve them. We don't use your data for anything else without your consent.
Cookies and measurement tools
We use Google Tag Manager and measurement tools from ad platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat) to understand how the site and ads perform. These tools may place cookies in your browser, which you can delete or block in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Only with the TWING team handling your request, and with service providers we rely on to run the site and communicate (such as hosting, WhatsApp and email) as far as needed to provide the service. We may tell ad platforms that a visit or enquiry happened, without directly identifying details wherever possible.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as it's useful for following up on your request or our relationship with you, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use for marketing. Email info@ti-wing.com and we'll respond to your request. We follow the data protection laws that apply in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection, and form data isn't stored on the site itself; it goes straight to TWING's contact channels.
Changes
We may update this policy when something changes in how we work, and the date of the last update will show at the top of the page.
