Your accounts are active, but nobody engages?
Social media management at TWING starts with understanding your audience and business goal, then a monthly content plan, writing, design, publishing and follow-up on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Facebook. We work with brands in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and write for each market in its own voice.
- Understand
- Shape the message
- Reach people
- Turn them into clients
- Measure and improve
What you get with us.
Knowing the brand and audience
Before the first post we sit with you: who your customer is, what they buy, and why they pick you. That sets the tone of voice and the content pillars.
A monthly content plan
A calendar of ideas, formats and posting times for each platform, sent before the month starts for you to review and approve.
Copy in your audience's voice
Captions in Saudi, Egyptian or simple standard Arabic depending on your audience, and English when needed, written from scratch, never translated.
Design on a consistent system
Templates and a design system in your brand, so followers know your post before they read your name.
Reels and stories
Ideas, scripts and editing for short video, because that's what reaches people most today.
Publishing and follow-up
We publish on schedule, keep an eye on comments and messages, and pass you anything that needs your call.
Four clear steps, with you in every one.
Listen and understand
A kick-off meeting, and a review of your accounts and your competitors'.
Plan
The month's plan in your hands for approval before it starts.
Produce and publish
Writing, design and video, published on time.
Measure and adjust
A monthly report: what worked, and what we change next month.
We measure what matters to you.
- Reach and views from the audience you actually care about
- Real engagement: comments, saves and shares
- Messages and enquiries coming from the account
- Visits to your site or WhatsApp chats
Before you ask.
How many posts a month?
Your goal and budget decide it. We agree on the number and formats in the plan, and what matters most to us is that every post has a reason.
Do you write in the Saudi dialect?
Yes. We write for each market in its own voice: Saudi, Gulf, Egyptian and simple standard Arabic, and we respect the differences in taste and occasions between the two countries.
Do I approve content before it goes out?
Always. You get the plan and designs before publishing, and nothing goes out without your approval.
