From a WhatsApp message to a confirmed order: organising chat sales so no customer gets lost

If WhatsApp is your main sales channel, the problem usually isn't the number of messages but how they're handled. Here's how Dallal turns chats into orders with an owner, clear stages and a known ad.

In Saudi Arabia and Egypt a lot of selling happens in the chat: a click-to-WhatsApp ad, a question about price, then an order. Every successful campaign brings more messages, and more gets lost with them: a customer nobody answered, an order an agent agreed on and never recorded, and a brand owner asking every evening "how many orders today?" with nobody knowing exactly.

That's what we built Dallal for, and we used it inside TWING for more than two years before offering it to anyone else.

Problem one: many numbers, many phones

When the team works from separate phones, nobody knows who answered whom, or how long each customer has been waiting.

In Dallal: all your WhatsApp Business numbers sit in one inbox, and new chats are assigned in turn, only to people on shift. Every chat has an owner, a filter shows who has waited more than five minutes, and a live board shows who's waiting, who's online and the longest wait.

Problem two: agreed in the chat, kept in someone's head

An order agreed in a message and then written on paper or in a sheet loses something on the way.

In Dallal: the order is created inside the chat itself, with product, value, branch and delivery time. It moves along a board with clear stages, and the customer gets a one-tap confirmation on WhatsApp. If the order changes before it's done, it goes back to the customer to confirm again.

Problem three: which ad brought the order?

You know what you spent on ads, but orders arrive on WhatsApp with no source.

In Dallal: a customer who comes from a click-to-WhatsApp ad is linked to that ad automatically, and a "came from an ad" card appears inside the chat. Once your ad accounts are connected, you see spend, orders, cost per order, revenue and ROAS for every ad, from Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat in one report.

Problem four: the brand owner can't see the picture

Brand owners don't need to read the chats, but they need to know what sold today.

In Dallal: a brand owner portal that installs on their phone, with today's orders and sales and an instant alert for every new, changed or cancelled order, with no access to the chats. A branch manager sees only their branch.

Problem five: who's working and who isn't?

Without numbers, judging a team comes down to impressions.

In Dallal: every agent has a confirmation, payment and cancellation rate and a first-reply time, there's an alert after forty idle minutes, and an activity log that can't be deleted.

Who is it for?

Brands that sell on WhatsApp and want an organised team, agencies running chats and orders for several clients, and brands with more than one branch. It works on any device, with an Android and iPhone app for the team.

Plans and prices are on the Dallal page, where you can also request a demo. And if you'd like us to build the whole path from ad to order for you, that's our WhatsApp, CRM and chatbots service.
